The rug collection- Unusual ways to use rugs!

I am a huge fan of rugs. It has taken me twelve years and a zillion countries to finally complete the rug collection I have been working on. But what do you do when you have a closet full of rugs and limited floe space to put them on? I have used my rugs in a few unconventional ways over the years and I would like to share them with you.

• One great thing you can do with a good fabrics rug is upholstery. They work great for most furniture and give you a custom look for your house.

• I once bought a furry rug from the online rug store. While I personally m not a fan of fur on my floor, it works absolutely perfect for my Yoga sessions as a beautiful yoga mat!

•  You can use them as table covers depending upon their size.

• I have also used one of my classic leather rugs to redo my ceiling.

• A very popular use of rugs is of course, lamp shades.
